Booking policy

Classes last 50 minutes unless the class page states otherwise. All times are Madrid time (Europe/Madrid).

You can cancel from the link in your confirmation email. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the class, you keep one chance to reschedule it. Cancellations with less notice do not include a reschedule.

You can also change the time of your class directly from the same link, once per booking, with the same notice.

Late arrivals of up to 10 minutes are accepted; the class still ends at the scheduled time.

If the studio needs to cancel or move a class, you keep your chance to reschedule it.

The monthly plan includes four classes, booked together and with the same teacher. They must take place within 35 days of the first class. Each class of the plan has its own link and follows the same rules: it can be moved once, with at least 24 hours' notice, to any free time inside that period. Classes not taken within the period are not carried over, and the plan does not renew automatically.

Group sessions have limited places. You can cancel your place from your email link before the session starts.
